We’re delighted to announce that we have secured full planning permission for our new development off Liverpool Road in Hutton, Preston.
The approval marks an important milestone in the progression of the scheme and reflects the continued commitment of our team to delivering high-quality developments that support local housing needs and create sustainable new communities.
Our Land Manager, Zach Brierley, said:
