- Complete a Part Exchange questionnaire with the Sales Negotiator
- A McDermott Homes representative will visit your property
- If all is ok, two independent valuations of your property will be arranged
- You’ll be offered the average of the two valuations
- When the offer is agreed, you can reserve your chosen McDermott Home (subject to Home Buyers Report and Valuation
- If your home is more than seven years old, a homebuyers survey will be arranged. If the survey is satisfactory, there’s no cost to you and you can move without delay!
